Important Update: Changes to DemandTec Notification Emails

We’re making improvements to how DemandTec communicates with you by streamlining our email system.
This change will ensure more reliable delivery and make it easier to recognize the type of messages you receive.

What’s Changing?
Starting soon, DemandTec notifications will come from new, dedicated email addresses based on the type of message:

Urgent actions or security-related messages:
* From: critical@notifications.demandtec.com
* Examples: password changes, user deactivation (due to the lack of activity), urgent alerts

Regular notifications and reports:
* From: notify@notifications.demandtec.com
* Examples: System notifications, audit reports, customer data extracts

Marketing communications:
* From: info@news.demandtec.com
* Examples: Newsletters, product updates, campaign messages


What You’ll Notice
* Certain email addresses you’re used to seeing (like noreply@demandtec.com) will be replaced by the new addresses listed above.
* The content and purpose of the messages remain the same – only the sender email is changing.

What You Need to Do
For Admins / IT Teams
* Update your allowlists / spam filters to accept the following new sender addresses:

* notify@notifications.demandtec.com
* critical@notifications.demandtec.com
* info@news.demandtec.com
* IP Address to whitelist: 20.1.207.183

Ensure no automated rules block these new email addresses.

For All Users
* Be aware that messages from DemandTec will now come from new addresses.
* No action is needed on your part, but please do not reply to these system-generated emails. These mailboxes are not monitored.
